Help for the 3DN Product Customizer Shopify app and for 3DN customers.

How to get help

Shoppers with a question about an order should contact the store they bought from; the store can reach us if it needs help with a design.

What to include

  • Your store domain (for example your-store.myshopify.com).
  • The order number, if the question is about an order.
  • The design reference, which looks like 3DN-XXXXXXXXXX. The App attaches it to the Shopify order.
  • What you expected to happen, what happened instead, and a screenshot if you have one.
